Beaumont personal injury attorneys David E. Bernsen and Cade Bernsen have been selected to the 2026 Texas Super Lawyers list. This marks David’s 10th consecutive year of selection and Cade’s sixth consecutive year.

David E. Bernsen Marks 10 Consecutive Years

David E. Bernsen, founder of Bernsen Law Firm, has been selected to Super Lawyers each year from 2017 through 2026.

Licensed in Texas since 1976, David has handled cases involving motor vehicle accidents, industrial accidents, product liability, and other personal injury matters. His career has also included public service as a Texas state senator.

Cade Bernsen Selected for Sixth Consecutive Year

Cade Bernsen has been selected to Super Lawyers every year from 2021 through 2026. He previously earned recognition on the Texas Rising Stars list from 2016 through 2020.

A Southeast Texas native, Cade grew up watching his father in the courtroom before pursuing his own legal career. He now represents people injured in car and truck accidents, construction site accidents, industrial accidents, and other incidents involving negligence.
